There is a pager app that works great with our virtual paging service. It's simply called "pager"and it's from AMC Logic, LTD.

Download the pager app found in the Apple App Store. (effective 2/01/15...the PagerApp subscription fee will be billed by us on your pager bill)

It functions as a pager on your iphone. Selectable alerts with repeat feature and it keeps a history of your pages.

Once you have the pager app downloaded to your iphone...Simply provide your pagerapp 7 digit number when you order virtual paging service online or if you are already signed up for PagersDirect Virtual pager service....give the 7 digit pin to us via our "contact support" link at the top of our website. We will set your virtual pager up to ring to the pager app the same day if ordered during the hours of 10am to 6pm eastern time.

Existing pager app customers...Here is how to upgrade to the latest version:

Before updating, open up your existing pager app and jot down the 7 digit pager number that appears in the top right corner of the app. If your app has auto-updated and you do not know your pager app pin number...Please contact us using the "contact support" link located at the top right of our website. We will need your pager phone number and the name your account is under when you request your pager app pin number.

To update the app...go to the apple app store and search for "pager" from AMC Logic, LTD. The logo has changed to the logo shown at the top of this page.
Once the updated app is on your phone, set up a login using your email address and an 8 character password which must consist of one capitalized letter, some numbers and a character such as a $ sign. Example: Karen69$
There will be a new pin number assigned, but you can quickly change it back to your existing pager app number.
To do this, click on the 3 horizontal bars on the top left corner and a menu will open up. Choose "change pager number" and it will display the current number with a box to enter your existing pager app pin number. Enter it and click on "check availability" You will then be able to assign it to the app.
When you sign in using the same email address and password on the other iphones, Your pager app number will automatically be in the app.
Also, when updating to a new iphone, your pager app pin number will not automatically change as it has done in the past. You will simply need to login using your email address and 8 character password.
Once you do this, contact us and we will have your pager app subscription linked to your pager account so that it will not expire and renew at the same time as your virtual paging service with us.
