Due to security reasons...When paying by Credit/Debit Card or Paypal...Both the Billing and Shipping addresses must be EXACTLY THE SAME.**
If you have a different shipping address than where you receive your card statement, you may contact your card issuer and have them add the shipping address to your card account before placing your order. You can then enter your shipping address in both the billing and shipping address sections of your DirectPage account and the card should get approved.
We can ship to po boxes, so if you receive your card statement at a po box, simply select a US mail delivery option and list your po box as the shipping address.
If for any reason you enter two different addresses, your order will be canceled and the authorization hold may take up to 7 business days to fall off your payment account.
